Just after 9:00 pm, the Shelton Fire Department responded to Route 8 southbound for the motor vehicle accident. First arriving fire department units found a single car motor vehicle accident rollover just prior to exit 12. The occupant was able to self-extricate from the vehicle and was transported to an area hospital by Shelton EMS.
