At 8:11pm companies 1, 4 and 5 were dispatched to 154 Prospect Ave for smoke coming from a wall. Engine 2 arrived finding a 3 story multiple family building with nothing showing . As crews entered the building heavy smoke began showing from the walls . Fire was found in the 2nd floor ceiling with some extension to an area on the 3rd floor.. The fire was knocked down in 5 minutes and crew spent about 30 minutes opening up and checking for extension. No injuries were reported.
