Approximately 8:45am on Tuesday, November 11th, company 1 was dispatched to the intersection of South  Constitution Boulevard and Ivy Brook Road for the motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, Squad 1 found a 2-car motor vehicle accident with injuries and fluids down. The crew from Squad 1 mitigated all hazards and secured both vehicles. The driver of one of the vehicles fled the scene of a prior accident in Westport and led State Police troopers on a chase up Route 8 before crashing in Shelton.
