At 1:39 am Shelton Fire Department was alert to a garage fire at the address provided. Truck 3 and Squad 1 arrived quickly and a working garage fire was confirmed. Members went to work on extinguishment and were able to suppress the fire quickly. A fairly small fire was found just inside the door of a 2 bay detached garage. The fire was extinguished without any injuries to residents or fire personnel. The Fire Marshal’s Officer arrived to conduct the investigation and is unknown at the time of this post. Truck 3, Squad 1, Car 1, and Car 2 operated under the Command of Assistant Chief Plavcan.
