At approximately 6:00pm on Friday, August 15th fire companies 1, 4, and 5 were dispatched
to 106 River Road for the apartment fire. Upon arrival fire officers reported a working
apartment fire located on the bottom floor of the building. Crews from Engine 2 and
Ladder 47 arrived quickly and were able to knock down the main body of the fire. One
occupant was transported to the hospital by Echo Hose Ambulance. Squad 5, Engine
44, Engine 52, Car 3, Capt 101, LT 102, and Car 3 were also on scene.[divider divider_type=”type1″][/divider]
